This is the folder for all information required by this year's participating artists; it may be used by the 2018 planning committee. An administrator may access the files directly by reading this document, substituting the names of the directories appropriately: Board Resources/Exhibitions/Plein Air Santa Fe/2016 SFPAF followed by several self explanatory subdirectories (Pictures, etc. ). BOD File Access Instructions.pdf or please write karen.halbert@gmail.com for specific files. She will be giving a list of file names to Tobi.
Some special events require registration (sign up): the Kickoff Fiesta on Jun 3, the Celebration Dinner on June 9 and the Festival Enchanted Skies' Awards Event. To register. go to the Upcoming events' box below, select the event and then click on the register button in the popup window. Documents describing these events are listed on their respective dates below as well.
