Award winning PAPNM Signature Artist Dick Wimberly will give a 2 day workshop for intermediate plein air artists celebrating the Glow of the Mother Road in Amarillo, Texas and at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Artists are encouraged to use their preferred mediums and set ups. Dick Wimberly will be teaching in oil on canvas.
Dates: Wednesday September 2 from 3 to 9 pm in Amarillo (specific site tbd) Thursday September 3rd 9am to 3 pm Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Meet at the Ranger Station. Participants will need to purchase a day pass
Participants are encouraged to bring a sack dinner/lunch for each day and plenty of water.
