We're going to start out painting at the Placitas Open Space East Parking Lot  9:00 am and then meet at Carol Ordogne's home at 12:30 for a potluck lunch and a show and tell. Carol is graciously providing Chinese Meatballs, paper plates, iced tea and coffee. Bring a little side salad, fruit, cheese, or dessert to share and enjoy some social time together. 
Afterwards, optional show and tell with paintings. And  for those who are interested, we can continue painting on one of Carol's beautiful portals. There are exciting views of the Sandias and long view down the hill. 

Directions to 2 Pony Court, Placitas NM 87043 Home of Carol and Paul Ordogne -  From I-25 exit #242 onto NM-165 going East to Placitas. From I-25 go 7 miles on Highway 165. You will pass through the Historic Village, note the Post Office (right side of road), the Elementary School (left side of road) and the Cemetery (right side of road). Shortly after passing the Cemetery you will see a sign for the Placitas Community Center on your left – this is the entrance to Camino de las Huertas. On Camino de las Huertas you will travel 2.7 very wiggly miles. Close to the bottom of one of the arroyos you will pass Cedar Creek subdivision, cross a bridge and head up a steep rise. Beware!!! Your next turn is a sharp curve to the left (slow down to watch for oncoming traffic). The Palomino street sign is at the top of the curve. Turn Left on Palomino and go 1 block. 2 Pony Court is on the corner of Palomino and Pony Court. The house is on your right. Park in front of the house, in the cul de sac or in the driveway.
