Presented by the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico (PAPNM) in Taos, New Mexico.

Two online exhibitions are being held in cooperation with Taos Museums and PAPNM. PAPNM is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization of artists dedicated to preserving and promoting painting "en plein air" - in the open air or outdoors.

The events have shifted to online shows. The intent is to show paintings that honor the spirit of the historic studios and artists who created the great Taos Art Colony. There will be no group paintouts or opening receptions. We are in an evolving situation, but here's what I'm hoping for; that we become a better, kinder and stronger group of people.

I sincerely hope that you consider submitting to these events and that you encourage others to do the same. It is a highlight event for PAPNM! Our hosts, The E. L. Blumenschein House and Museum & Wilder Nightingale Fine Art are some of New Mexico’s most prestigious and respected museums and art gallery. They commemorate the formation of the Taos Society of Artists, establishing Taos as a world- renowned art colony.
