    PAPNM welcomes Rosie Sandifer as our newest Signature Member.  Rosie is a nationally recognized plein air landscape painter, and is also a talented figure and portrait painter and sculptor.  She has received awards for her painting and sculpture from the Allied Artists of America, Audubon Artists, Pen & Brush Club, Texas Fine Art Association, Western Wyoming Plein Air, Paint the Parks Association, Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Society and American Artists Professional League and National Sculpture Society, where she is a Fellow member. Besides being featured in the Southwest Art (1991) and Western Art Collector (2012) publications, Rosie’s work was included in the 2013 book Art of the National Parks, in addition to many other publications.  Rosie currently exhibits with the Joe Wade Fine Art and Zaplan Lampert Gallery in Santa Fe, Total Arts Gallery in Taos, and galleries in Washington, Massachusetts and New York.   Learn more about Rosie’s distinguished life-long career in art at her web site www.rosiesandifer.com, or visit her at the upcoming Grand Canyon Celebration of Art/Grand Canyon Plein Air event September 13-21, 2014.

    Thomas Wezwick's paintings often stand out because one can see that he takes bold chances with his colors and brushwork. A careful observer may note that his pieces often feature water, and a conversation with the New Mexico artist reveals that it's likely one particular body of water: the Gallinas River.     PAPNM welcomes Paul Murray as a new Master Signature member.  Paul is a nationally recognized New Mexico artist and instructor.  Paul has won numerous awards in national art association shows and competitions, including the International Association of Pastel Societies, the Pastel Society of America and the Pastel Society of New Mexico.  His work is held in the permanent collections of many public and private institutions including the U.S. State Department and the University of New Mexico. He is included in the Master’s Circle of the International Association of Pastel Societies and is a Master Pastellist with the Pastel Society of America.  Paul currently exhibits with the Weems Galleries in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Francesca Anderson Fine Art in Boston, as well as via his web site http://www.murrayfineart.com

    PAPNM welcomes Albert Handell as our latest Master Signature member. Albert is a nationally and internationally-recognized artist, author, mentor and instructor, residing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He works in both pastel and oils, and has won numerous awards in national gallery and museum shows in both media. His work is held in the permanent collections of many museums, universities and private and institutional collectors throughout the U.S. and in Canada. He is a recognized Master Artist with the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society, and is one of three living artists elected to the Pastel Society of America's Pastel Hall of Fame. Albert currently exhibits with Mountainsong Galleries in Carmel, California, and Ventana Fine Art Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he has been featured in annual one-man shows since 1987.
